Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using twittsocial.com, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund Policy, and other rules or notices presented through the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a standard account. Registration requires a valid date of birth, and accounts for people under 18 are not permitted.
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number required for account creation, and may not create an account for another person without authorization.
Your account and security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may use reasonable security, email, phone, identity, face-match, or verification measures to protect accounts, prevent fraud, and maintain trust and safety.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including posts, photos, videos, audio, messages, comments, documents, and Live content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, format, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service according to your audience and privacy settings.
You must have the rights needed to upload or share your content. Do not post content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, commit fraud, impersonate others deceptively, send abusive spam, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, or interfere with other users or the operation of the service.
The Community Guidelines provide additional rules for safety, authenticity, privacy, prohibited content, and platform integrity.
Content moderation and enforcement
We may review content, accounts, Pages, Groups, Live streams, advertisements, and activity when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, service integrity, or legal compliance.
Depending on the circumstances, we may warn users, reduce distribution, remove content, reject advertisements, restrict features or monetization, suspend accounts, or permanently disable accounts. Where appropriate and technically available, users may request review of moderation decisions.
Messages, voice, and video calls
Messaging and calling features are intended for the participants selected by the user. Do not assume that communications are end-to-end encrypted unless the service expressly states that a specific feature is end-to-end encrypted.
Users must not unlawfully record, distribute, or disclose another person’s private communications.
Pages, Groups, Live, and creator features
Page and Group administrators are responsible for managing their communities in accordance with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Live broadcasters are responsible for what they stream.
We may intervene in Pages, Groups, Live streams, creator tools, or monetization where serious or repeated violations occur.
Advertising
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that advertisements, landing pages, products, claims, targeting, and payment activity comply with applicable law and platform rules.
Campaign charges may use CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, or other billing models shown in Ads Manager. The rate displayed or configured for a billable event at the time that event is recorded governs that charge unless another written arrangement applies.
Fraudulent, artificial, automated, duplicate, or invalid ad activity may be excluded, reversed, or adjusted.
Payments and monetization
Where paid services, advertising balances, creator monetization, payouts, or other payment features are offered, users must provide accurate payment information and comply with payment-provider rules and applicable tax requirements.
Payments, credits, earnings, or payouts may be held, adjusted, or reversed where reasonably necessary because of fraud, invalid activity, chargebacks, calculation errors, policy violations, or legal obligations. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The twittsocial.com name, original interface, software, logos, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit protected portions of the service except where permitted by law or written authorization.
Rights holders may report suspected copyright or trademark infringement through the Contact page or available reporting tools.
Third-party services
The service may use or link to third-party hosting, payments, maps, analytics, media, advertising, or other integrations. Those independent services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation that is not permitted by applicable law does not apply.
Governing law
Unless mandatory law applicable to you requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and statutory rights available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Relevant Bangladesh laws may include the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026, Cyber Security Act, 2026, Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, and other applicable legislation as amended from time to time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, safety requirements, or business practices materially change. Where required, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.
