Advertising balance
Money added to an advertising balance may be used to run campaigns. Amounts not yet spent on advertising delivery may be eligible for refund where the payment can be returned through the original payment method, there is no unresolved dispute or fraud review, and the payment provider permits the refund.
Advertising already delivered
Charges for valid advertising already delivered are generally not refundable merely because an advertiser did not achieve the desired business result. This includes valid impressions, clicks, eligible likes or engagement, and downloads or actions properly recorded under the selected billing model.
Billing errors and invalid activity
We may issue refunds or advertising credits where we confirm duplicate billing, incorrect billing caused by the service, a technical failure that charged without delivering the purchased service, invalid activity that was incorrectly charged, or another refund required by law.
Rejected advertisements
If an advertisement is rejected before delivery, unused campaign funds are not considered spent. They may remain available in the advertising balance or be eligible for refund depending on the payment method and circumstances.
Paused or cancelled campaigns
When a campaign is paused or cancelled, valid charges already incurred remain payable. Remaining scheduled budget is not charged merely because it had been planned, and unused prepaid balance remains subject to this Refund Policy.
Unauthorized or duplicate transactions
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us promptly and use the security options provided by your payment provider where appropriate. Confirmed accidental duplicate payments are eligible for correction or refund.
Paid digital features
If paid subscriptions, boosts, premium tools, or other digital services are offered, payments for a service already fully delivered or consumed may be non-refundable unless the service was materially defective, not supplied, duplicated, or applicable law requires a refund.
Creator and monetization adjustments
Creator earnings or payouts may be corrected where they resulted from fraudulent engagement, invalid traffic, reversed payments, chargebacks, calculation error, or monetization-rule violations. Legitimately earned amounts will not be withheld without a valid basis.
Payment processor fees
Where legally permitted, certain third-party payment-processing charges may not be recoverable by the service. We will not deduct undisclosed fees where doing so would violate applicable law.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may depend on the bank, card issuer, mobile-payment provider, or other processor and may be outside our direct control.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in temporary payment restrictions, investigation, suspension of advertising services, or recovery of legitimately owed balances. Users retain lawful rights to challenge genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charges.
How to request a refund
Submit a request through the official Contact page on twittsocial.com and include the account information, transaction reference, payment date, amount, reason for the request, and supporting evidence where relevant. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may request reasonable verification before processing a refund.
Statutory rights
If consumer law applicable to you provides greater refund, cancellation, or payment rights than this policy, those mandatory rights take priority. In Bangladesh, relevant rights may arise under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 and other applicable law.
